Weight: 151 lbs.

This is bullshit. A few beers and meat didn’t make me gain 2 lbs. This shit sucks.

And I slept in this morning, no treadmill. I was freaking tired. Grrr.

  1. Weight is not the best metric for judging progress. It’s just a piece. Don’t let one little thing stop you from doing all the other little things if you want big results. Remember, healthy behaviors could be manifesting results in other ways. Trust in the journey. You’ve got this!
